ホテル　モルシャン（以下「当ホテル」といいます）は、個人情報に関する法令を遵守し、以下に示すポリシーのもとで個人情報の保護に努めます。

ホテルモルシャン（以下当社といいます）は、個人情報（お客様、お取引先様、当社へ就職の応募をいただく方々、及び従業員とその家族等に関する個人情報）の取り扱いにおいて法令を遵守し、個々人の人権並びにプライバシーについては特に厳重な取扱いに対する注意が必要であることを十分認識し、以下の方針に基づき、個人情報の保護に努めてまいります。

当社は、お客様の個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、性別、生年月日、勤務先、電子メールアドレス等）を当社において下記目的に必要な範囲でのみ取得・利用いたします。
・宿泊、レストラン、館内施設ご利用等のサービス提供並びに業務に必要な場合
・マーケティング等の目的のため個人を特定しない形で統計的情報として使用する場合
・その他当社のサービス提供全般に関する利用の場合

お客様の個人情報については、不正アクセス、情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩を防止するため、社内規定等を整備し、危険を防止するための必要な措置を講じ、個人情報を安全かつ適切に管理するよう努めます。
また当社のサービス業務の遂行のため、お客様の個人情報の取り扱いを当社が充分に信頼できると判断した外部企業に委託する場合があります。この場合もお客様の個人情報が適切に保護・管理されるよう、委託先外部企業と必要な安全策を講じます

当社は以下の場合を除いて、お客様の個人情報をお客様の同意なしに委託先外部企業以外の第三者に開示・提供することはいたしません。
・急病やケガの手当て等、人の生命・身体の保護のために緊急を要し、お客様の同意を 得ることが困難である場合
・法令に基づく要請、裁判所・警察等の権限を有する公的機関からの要請の場合

お客様からご本人の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等のお申し出があった場合は、所定の手続きにより速やかに必要な措置を講じます。だだし、当ホテルの最低限必要な情報は削除できません。

当社は、本プライバシーポリシーを事前の告知なく修正および改定をする場合があります。改定したプライバシーポリシーは当ホームページ上に掲示いたします。

本方針は、当社インターネット・ホームページ、宿泊約款等に掲載することにより、いつでも閲覧可能な状態にいたします。

当ホテルが保有するお客様の個人情報については日本国法を適用します。また、当ホテルは個人情報について適用される法令およびその他の規範を遵守し、法令の変更時、必要に応じて各項目の変更を行う等、個人情報の保護に関し継続的改善に取り組んでまいります。

This policy will be made available for viewing at any time by it being posted on the Company’s Internet website, Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts, etc.

The laws of Japan shall apply to the personal information of customers held by the hotel. In addition, the hotel will comply with laws and other norms applicable to personal information, and will make continuous improvements to the protection of personal information, such as changing each item as necessary in the event that laws and regulations change.
